For Valley View Grocery and RV Park: Older RV park but well kept. Nice place to stay to visit Yellowstone but get away from the crowds. Sites were pull through, full hookups and have nice grass and a few shade trees. There was some highway noise.

For Valley View Grocery and RV Park: We loved our stay at Valley View! Great location to visit West Yellowstone, Island Park, Henry’s Lake, Hebgen Lake, Cliff & Wade Lakes (must see!)! Plus gorgeous views of the mountains, well groomed sites, picnic table & full hook ups. Can’t ask for more! Very sweet & helpful staff, lots of washers & dryers, very clean laundry area, very well kept RV Park! We will stay again!

For Valley View Grocery and RV Park: This campground has been around for a long while but it is well kept. The sites are wide and the views of the mountains are beautiful and we often see Prong Horn, Elk, and occasionally Moose in the fields. Good water pressure and the electricity is reliable. The laundry/office area is bright and clean; there are plenty of washers and dryers. There is a grocery store and gas station on the property so picking up items are easy. The town of West Yellowstone is 15 - 20 minutes away for mid-size grocery stores, small garages, and lots of tourist shopping. The West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just past the town of West Yellowstone so you can be in the National Park within 20 minutes.
We've not been in the bath houses but they look nice from the outside.
If you need a Walmart, there is one in Rexburg about 60 miles away.
Verizon service is very good here. There is no OTA television reception. However, the store does have a DVD lending library.
For children, I'm not sure there is much to do here outside of admiring the natural beauty of the area. This is rural Idaho so the ability to entertain ones self is important.

For Valley View Grocery and RV Park: This place is OLD and is disrepair. Although the power, water and sewer are functioning, the sites are lumpy & dusty. Sites are supposed to be gravel but most has been moved off of the pad. There is grass but not watered so it's dead. Unless you are staying at the park for a long period of time then the grass is watered and green. There is a large laundry on the property but many of the machines are broke down. The machines seem they are all over 10-20 years old.
The owners are indifferent to their guests. There was a tall white haired man at the front desk behind the counter and he wouldn't even smile or say hello. I observed a customer asking to get propane and the lady at the front desk acted like the customer was inconveniencing her.
We paid $50 per night in July and we camping in. Class A Motorhome pulling a car. There are no internet reservations and you have to send a check to reserve your spot. They do not take any credit or debit cards only cash or checks. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
The dog park is a joke. The fence is all broke down. There are no Doggy bag stations so bring your own bags or buy them in the office for a premium price. They have post cards for sale that have been there for several years but they still ask $.99 per card and the are the type you get for 4/$1.
