For Pittsfield City Lake: This is a great campground operated by a small town. The Allstays Camping App is not accurate regarding the accessibility and size restrictions for RVs. Access from state highway 106 allows very large MH to easily enter the campground. While several of the sites may be limited to 20-25 foot motor homes, there are several RV sites that will accommodate large 5th wheels or Class A Motor homes. The campground is quiet, clean, and we'll maintained. Plenty of shade. There is a playground, tennis courts, ball fields, and lake/reservoir for fishing and non motorized boats. There is a 9 hole golf course within 5 minutes and another with 15-20 minutes. Many of the sites have water and electric hookups however for the water you may need 30-35 feet of hose. The showers/bathroom facilities are older but clean. Nearby small towns of Pittsfield and Winchester offer good options for dining, etc.

The Camp Host/Ranger is very knowledgeable and great ambassador for the park and the surrounding area. There was no rush or worry of our check-out time.

We stayed here mid-September for 2 nights in 25' MH with Toad in a pull-through site. I would definitely stay here again......$15 a night is added benefit!!!

For Pittsfield City Lake: Clean, quiet and inexpensive. It's off the beaten path, but we'll worth the stop.

Definitely recommend!
