For Pokagon State Park: Huge, wooded, beautiful campground. Sites are close. At the end of October I had the place to myself. Great for a one night stay. Pit toilets and regular restrooms. Where I was you could walk down to the lake but not along the shore. Head the small print about areas with narrow road. They aren’t kidding. Wouldn’t have wanted a big rig on that loop.

For Pokagon State Park: Beautiful heavily wooded large park with lots to do. It cost us $36 for electric only site. Sites are wooded, bathrooms are very clean with flush toilets. The loop we were on would not accommodate large rvs but there are other loops. Only us and two other campers on our loop on a rainy Sunday night. It’s very close to I80. We will stay again

For Pokagon State Park: We stayed here on our way South in February. If you need to have a site with electricity then this is one of the very few you will find open year round. Price was reasonable. Most sites are very close together but not very crowded in February. Had to back thru a snowbank to get into our site. Will stay there again if it is cold and we need electric hook up.
