Kary

For Charlestown State Park: Very clean. Nice space between sites. Relatively quiet. Rose Island hiking trail was cool, the trek down was much nicer than the trek up! T-Mobile service was good.

Baxter

For Charlestown State Park: Absolutely exquisite. Campgrounds are flat and well-spaced. The park is massive. Solid heat and water pressure in the showers.

Peggy

For Charlestown State Park: Very clean park in all ways. Showers/restrooms extremely clean and definitely handicap accessible. Great handicap camping spots.

For Charlestown State Park: Don't use the GPS address! Friendly ranger, well kept park - open all year. We came early evening after a Spring snow and all the roads and trailer spots in the park were ploughed. Washrooms will be opened next week.

For Charlestown State Park: Well laid out and appointed. Open 365 days a year. Just drive in and the ranger will find you for your fee if it is off season. There is water centrally even in the winter and clean warm restrooms. Hiking trails abound.nn
