For Blackhawk Campgrounds: Price was right but will not stay there again. Entrance was narrow in places so had to be very careful not to ding the sides. Trees needed trimmed in the worst way, if you are over about 11 feet high you will drag the branch’s on you roof. Same with the sides, gravel path was very narrow and trees protruded on the side, could not move over because ground was too soft, was afraid of getting stuck and leaving ruts. The pull thru sites were good sized but on a hill which was soft so jacks just sank. Had to take my booster stairs apart to use the blocks to help level. Front tires off the ground six inches still was not level. Grounds looks to be well maintained but overall the campground was dated and needed some major improvements.

For Blackhawk Campgrounds: $25 full hook up. Mixed review because it’s a nice large campground, but the land next to the campground had noisy neighbors shooting off guns. Not sure if this would be an every day thing, but it alarmed us. Bathrooms not very clean and no showers that we found. Well mowed and lots of room for kids to ride bikes and some playground equipment. Some residents year round. Other than the gun it was just OK. Not sure I’d stay here again.
