For Owls Nest Campground: We stayed here for a week and considered leaving after the first night. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. There is a construction company and some sort of factory directly across the street from the spot we were in (#13). Constant stream of trucks carrying shipping containers pulling in all day; very loud. Some sort of steam blow off from the factory that is so loud I’m not sure how it is legal? If you are outside when this happens it hurts your ears. If you are inside, you can’t hear the TV. This happens every 5 or so hours at all hours; even at 3 AM!
The staff was very nice and the water pressure was excellent! The power never flickered even with a few heavy thunderstorms.

For Owls Nest Campground: Got the last site for one night. Called ahead to ask and say we were 5 miles out. When we got here, told the site was saved for us because he had 3 more show up!! :). What GREAT service!!

For Owls Nest Campground: This is just a basic highway stop over. Very close to the highway and you can definitely hear that noise. Also under a flight path and you can hear airplanes. We just needed a place to stay for the night and they did have a full hook up and allow a late check in. Did not use any of the facilities. It looks like there was a shower in a porta potty, it said it was closed for the season. The actual porta potty toilet was open. Not sure if there were other bathrooms or not but other reviewers said just one, so I guess that was it.

For Owls Nest Campground: Very nice, neat little campground. Staff was very nice and grounds are very well kept. Only drawbacks are that it is right beside the freeway and they only have ONE BATHROOM. I'm not saying one M and one F. I'm saying ONE toilet/shower.
I was clean at least.

For Owls Nest Campground: Super nice staff. Located about a block off the I70. Some grass at each site. We are in pull through site 1 we are 40' pulling a jeep we fit fine.
