For Linn Valley Lakes: Linn Valley Lakes campground is Big rig friendly as the lenght of the sites exceed 80 ft. So plenty of room on the all pull through site dirt and gravel sites on a gentle slope hill. Bring extra leveling blocks. Speed limit is 15mph but not enforced. Very dusty roads and many of the community owners fly tgur the area on glf carts at high speed. Must keep RV closed and AC on to reduce dirt inside. Camp site is part of a residential gated community. Campground has a swing set near the bathouse. On site laundry and pool is .7 mile from bathhouse entrance gate. Campground is 2.7 miles away from the linn Valley Lakes clubhouse (Bingo Saturday 3 to 5) swimming pool and small lake beach. Would be 5 stars if the lowered speed limit to 5mph in the Campground and enforced it.

For Linn Valley Lakes: Small but nice campground. This park is mainly a place to buy lots for park models or similar homes. Many of the longer-owned lots were poorly maintained, with old and broken cars, furniture, etc littering them. The newer homes were very nice. Many of the folks in the campground were waiting for their homes to be ready for occupation. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Our biggest issue was the heavy traffic around the campground and the speed that vehicles drove. There was a lot of dust from the gravel roads. The campsites were not very level. We had to try several sites before finding one that would work. It was quiet and we enjoyed the abundant wildlife.
