For KOA Holiday Salina: Easy off and on the 70. Reasonably quiet. The hosts were great. Swimming pool and the patio furniture at our site was great. We would use again if in the area.

For KOA Holiday Salina: Tired and beat down from the drive, just wanted to rest for the night and let the wee human play at the park. Walked inside to the most helpful and friendly person. (My first time at a KOA) she put us out of the wind, close to playground, and bathrooms. Couldn’t have been more happy with my choice to try a KOA. Bathrooms were immaculate, site was level, and the power worked. I’ll be looking to stop at KOA’s more often and highly recommend this one.

For KOA Holiday Salina: Only stopped for an overnight, but one of the nicest KOA’s you’ll find. Beautiful landscaping and lighting at night with super employees. A little highway noise, but hardly noticeable inside. Highly recommend!

For KOA Holiday Salina: Very nice KOA. Level sites. Some say it’s large enough for big Griggs towing. We have stayed here numerous times. Clean restrooms and showers. Great laundry facility. Staff is very helpful. We have never had any concern for our safety. There is a truck stop / hotel area about a half mile away. We will stay here again.

For KOA Holiday Salina: Surprise…Unwritten rules. You cannot use your entire site. If a campsite has specific “published” rules that are available prior to confirming a reservation, I would completely understand and could make my decision at that time. Telling me at 8PM about undocumented rules is not acceptable. I decided to stay here for an overnight with my family. We reserved a long pull through since we weren’t going to unhook and had a second car with us. Upon arriving at our site we were told we could not park the second car in our site, despite the fact there was room, without parking on the grass or on anyone else’s site. We have a 28” trailer which allowed more than enough room to safely park our second car in the designated parking site. After speaking with the representative, they stated the owner would not allow a second vehicle at our site. “It’s on our website”. After checking my email confirmation, the paperwork provided at checkin and their KOA Salina website, I found no such rule or regulation. This appeared to be an arbitrary rule. Looking around the campground, there were multiple sites with multiple vehicles. A Jaguar SUV in front of a 5th wheel (cannot be the tow vehicle), two vehicles and a trailer on another site. To ensure there is not confusion with my statements, I took pictures of the multiple “infractions” and of my site which had at least 15 extra feet where I could have parked my sons Subaru. Instead of having his vehicle safely parked at our site, he was forced to leave it near the entrance which placed puts his biking and camping equipment at risk of theft. I shared my concerns with the representative to no avail. The reason I have a theft concern is just before we turned into the KOA Salina campground we came across multiple homeless people, and a few, what appeared to be questionable motels. This location does not inspire confidence that his stuff would not be stolen, but given my long drive and late arrival I did not have a viable option. I will NOT be staying at the KOA in Salina again, but if you plan on trying your luck, I would suggest you get everything in writing before confirming your reservation.

For KOA Holiday Salina: Made two overnight stops going and coming from CO. Both gravel and concrete pads were level enough, we did not unhook (TT). Office and reception excellent— guided to our spot spot, and marshaled in— perfect! Lots of trees. Some interstate noise, depending on spot. Good stop.
