For Walnut Meadow RV Park: Easy access, level gravel sites with full hookups at most. We are 36’ Class A. Very friendly and helpful staff. Originally only planned a one day stay, but there was so much to do in local area we added a day! Inexpensive, clean and lots of grass area!

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: The 5 stars are not for it being an “upscale” campground. It’s a basic, clean and easily accessible place with level, gravel sites. We have a 42 ft class A which the campground easily accommodates without us having to unhook our toad. We haven’t used any of the facilities so can’t comment on that. Our rating is based on ease of access from I-75 and how the owners run their campground. The owners are extremely accommodating. They’re working hard to improve the campground by converting more sites to full hook-up and improving the park overall. We stayed here on the way to Michigan in July and are now staying again on our way home to NC. We only stayed one night each time and wanted a full service site, and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate us. We will stay again next year as we head north.

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: On our way to Indiana we were looking for a place for one night. We called Walnut Meadows and talked with Meaghan. She had a spot for us and said they accepted Passport America. They also took credit cards with the discount! She was very friendly and showed us to our site. It was a pull through with gravel and full hook-up. They also had WiFi and our Verizon had four bars. We arrived around 6:30 and left around 10:00 the next morning. Our stay was quiet even though we were close to the interstate. We had our dog with us but she stayed inside RV. No problems walking her. When turning into the Campground on the left, the entrance is back just a short distance. You’ll see stop signs saying to stop here and check in. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: Not a bad campground to stay for a night. Far enough from the Interstate to be quiet. Sites are level and full service. Lots of eating places just across the highway. Passport America get you 50% discount, so quite reasonable price.

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: We were traveling through on the interstate and needed an overnight spot for our motorhome. We hurriedly selected this campground and that was a mistake. It has no signage, no office, no facilities, and few hookups with full service. It did have adequate electricity and water but the sewer was far below standards...had no cover over sewer opening. After you call, the owner meets you in her vehicle and guides you to your site where you pay cash with no receipt offered. Lots of potholes, mud, full timers, and pretty tight spaces. Unless you need power or water I'd stay in a rest area or Flying J.

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: Very peaceful park. Very low road noise. Close to many services and the interstate. Friendly owner and neighbors. Recieved a weekly rate of $150 (cash). They are remodeling the bathhouse currently, and working on lot and park improvements, but this did not deter from the peaceful nature at all. Fire rings and picnic tables at most sites. Each site has a very good sized "yard". We will definitely be back!

For Walnut Meadow RV Park: This is a nice place to overnight when going south. We stayed one night in January 2018 when driving south and were warmly welcomed by the campsite owner even though we came in late due to bad traffic. The amenities were not fully functioning as the bathrooms were being worked on during our overnight, which wasn't an issue for us. The 30 amp service worked well. It is far enough away from the interstate that road noise is minimal and we slept well. Overall, I'd stay here again to overnight, but I likely wouldn't camp here for longer periods. Given the location, warm welcome and inexpensive cost ($25), it was a good place to overnight.
