For Red River South Marina-Resort: When calling to reserve, the woman answering the phone put me on hold to verify that we fit in the spaces in the back. The space is exactly 45ft and wide enough for the bus, motorcycle, and truck to park next to each other. The days we were here, there was a huge fishing tournament, very full front parking lot and campground. Everyone in our area was respectful and quiet. There are permanent residence and the area could use some sprucing up but we never felt unsafe or like we had wasted money. For $25 a night though, it was a good deal. Wouldn't recommend during hurricane or the rainy season because of its proximity to the lake and the marina is on the other side of the levy.

For Red River South Marina-Resort: Sketchy. The lady at the marina was very friendly, but the spot they put me in was extremely run down. It was a gravel parking lot full of bottle caps and cigarettes. One of the full timers had set up an above ground swimming pool in his parking spot and had some crazy homemade shed built out of sheet metal. Go elsewhere.
