For Kemper Williams Park St Mary Parish Park: Quiet. This area reminded me of a fairgrounds or county park. Baseball fields and tennis courts. Picnic pavillion. restrooms clean. The museum others refer to is the Aviation and Cypress Sawmill museum, but we did not have time to visit.

For Kemper Williams Park St Mary Parish Park: This public park right off Highway 90 and 182 has a nice campground plus baseball fields, a museum, golf course, tennis courts and more. It has about 40 full hook-up sites and many many rally style w/e sites as it located behind the civic center. We stayed in site A1 for a week with 50amp power. Close to very clean bathhouse and laundry room (2 washers and dryers). Trees in the "A" loop. The "B" side is open and gravel. No problem navigating with our 40' toyhauler. Wifi was excellent. This may be first time I've ever said that about an RV park. OTA TV minimal. Raccoons present and much signage about bears. Lots of areas to walk dogs. Quiet and mostly empty campground. Some train noise. Great price as $25/nite weekly rate (no discounts). Loved watching junior high baseball games and visiting small museum onsite. Extremely nice office staff. CAUTION: DO NOT use Cotten Road entrance if your rig is low profile (our 3 axle toyhauler sits very close to the ground). The railroad track is severely humped. Instead use Silo Road (call park office 10-15 minutes before you arrive and they will open the locked gates for you).

For Kemper Williams Park St Mary Parish Park: Run Forest RUN. What a disappointment. Full of broken down, mold covered, long term campers. Very scary !
Rest rooms were unusable. One toilet was out of order the other wouldnt flush and this was after they had been cleaned???
Toilet doors had no locks or latches so there was no privacy. Doors broken. I was afraid to touch anything. Go to Wall Mart. Based on the condition and neglect they dont deserve one star.
