For Lincoln Parish Park: November 8, fall color, designated mountain bike trails, paved path around the pond, a beautiful multi fingered pond, turtles, fishing, the place is kept up like an arboretum. We had beautiful weather too but this place would be lovely any time of year. (There’s a swimming beach in season and picnic pavilions too) We got a spot overlooking the water. The water side RV pads are built up out of the hillside, on their own elevated peninsulas, each nicely fenced, with a picnic table and a fire ring. 10/10 would stay here again.

For Lincoln Parish Park: Beautiful secluded campground surrounded by wonderful park. Numerous bike trail, walking trails, multiple fishing opportunities. Children’s playground walking distance from campground is huge and in good shape. Several of the sites that overlook the water are excellent but all sites are nice.

For Lincoln Parish Park: Fantastically manicured Park. The RV parking spots are concrete slabs and they're pretty perfectly flat. They're built up on these nice brick structures to. You can get one right by the lake. Garbage cans at every second or third campsite makes it easy to throw away your trash.

For Lincoln Parish Park: GREAT FIND. Joe was most informative host as well. In addition to others’ kudos, let me say that the new concrete pads (semi enclosed due to drop off to the lake they overlook) are within a couple degrees of dead level and hookups are not beaten up or abused. The 1.25 stroll around the lake on a paved path was fabulous. The roads are being repaved — equipment to do that task is on site. For now, just go slow and life’s good. Although the beach was closed to swimming (COVID-19 rules), I DID inform the park manager that the ducks were ignoring the signs! Back in on the lake’s edge— you’ll love it. We certainly did...we’ll be back!

For Lincoln Parish Park: Hidden gem is a perfect description of this place. We unfortunately arrived late on a rainy night and had to leave early the next day. Would have loved to stay longer. Read the other reviews—-definitely call before the office closes to get a gate code. Also, ask for good directions—you drive down a very nice residential street to access the park. If you arrive after dark as we did, it is quite dark so trust the signs—they will lead you to the camping area. The first spots are the older spots. We took the first pull through that we saw. if you continue, there are updated sites with concrete pads. Many are directly on the lake. A fabulous setting. We were told the next day that you can’t make a reservation for a specific site, but they will guarantee you A site if you call ahead. We stayed one night in the middle of December 2019. If ever on I-20 in the area again, will try to stay again and longer.

For Lincoln Parish Park: What a little gem. It looks like they are up dating the sites from pavement to concrete. Wide sites nicely spaced amongst tall trees next to a small lake. Very easy to get to and very quiet. Just what we needed after a long day. WiFi pretty good. Did not use facilities so can’t comment. Staff was great. We will return.

For Lincoln Parish Park: This parish park is a gem. A mile or two off the interstate, not far. The gates close at 5, so call for a code if you are going to be late. Spacious wooded sites on a lake. Both back/in and pull through sites. Lots of room. The bathrooms were heated, hot water and good pressure, WiFi is better than most parks. $25 for 1 night. Overall, this was one of our best experiences on our cross country trip.
