For Circle CG Farm: Have stayed here many times and am more than satisfied with the campground and the staff. Laundry facility and showers are very good. Shopping and dining close.

For Circle CG Farm: Site 20A.
Stopped here to view a tennis tournament at Longwood Cricket Club in Chestnut Hills on our way home. Stayed 2 nights on site 20A. Price was high 40's.
At first we thought this would be a lovely stay--beautiful treed area with pines, nestled far enough off the road. Nice buildings, pool area, and check-in personnel, but the infrastructure was the worst that we've encountered in four years of RVing.

The roads had large pot holes and the gravel for sites was bare, leaving mostly dirt. The distance between sites was good. There were black rubber pipes running 3/4 atop ground and 1/4 covered by dirt connecting water to each site. The wires from the electrical company were hanging in scary positions, swooping downward in some spots. When I hooked up the water, I noticed the pressure might be low so did not use my gauge to reduce pressure. There was a foul smell over by the hookups, but wasn't certain whether it was my tank or their sewer dump. We hadn't dumped the night before and it could have possibly been me. Didn't have time to stand around and sniff, as we were getting ready to leave.

Before leaving for the tennis center, we called the office for help with checking the Electric voltage that was so low (104) we couldn't run our A/C on this hot day. I first had gone over to be sure the 30 amp plug was solidly connected. A man came (unbeknownst to us. We were sitting outside but didn't see him at the electric box on other side) and began unplugging and plugging my 30 amp cord! I heard the beep of my microwave! I walked over to his side asked what he was doing plugging and unplugging my electric cable. He said, "Didn't you call for someone to check your electric?" I told him yes, but he could have told me he was here! If I had the A/C on or was using any power I would stop for him. He then told me that the voltage seemed fine. I asked him how he knew this with just unplugging and plugging back up and not getting a voltage reading at the outlet. He told me if that's what we wanted he'd have to send someone else over with a voltage reader. The other gentleman came and when he got there, it was reading 110. I asked why the fluctuations of up and down--even when we weren't using (I know other sites influence ours). He said the city will have brownouts and not tell anyone. The city was working on upgrading the whole power system. At least I had an answer and he believed my 104 readout.
When returning back to the RV in early evening, I went to use the water and it dribbled out. Once again I went out to check my connections, and all were properly on. A gentleman at another site was also checking his connections. He yelled over to me, "No water pressure, right?" Exactly. Another disappointment. And seeing how the rubber piping was rigged and on top of the ground...it's no wonder pressure would be volatile--just like the electric.

Even with these problems encountered, we were still trying to decide whether to stay an additional night and use the adult pool on our free day. The morning came and my intuit said hit the road. Dumping was going along ok, but the smells were horrendous. We used our black water wash and it took awhile due to low water pressure. The gentleman next to us said he saw a maintenance man cleaning out the sewer line in the back and asked were we able to dump. Yes, we were able to, but not easy. This poor guy could not dump; the sewer line was backing up into his sewer hose. We were lucky. He was stuck, waiting for help. I guess he could have stopped and dumped up front on the way out but who's to say that wasn't clogged.

I know this is long winded, but in summary, pretty location-- but awful infrastructure getting to most sites and on each site. Problems with water pressure, electrical voltage, and dumping, the three main items RVers need. Wifi was very weak, although free.
We would Not stay here again, for any amount of money and would not recommend to our RVer friends. I am a positive person but felt this review needed to be written, to warn others.
