For Coastal Acres Camping Court: I love love love this campground. It’s super close to everything and you can walk, ride your bike to many places close by. I came in off season and they were so easy to work with. I asked for a site with minimal hookups as I’m in a 25’ motorhome with solar and prefer not to plug in if I don’t have to. They put me in 20 amp site and I can use the main dump site. That saved me a lot of money! I also got to pick which site I like that best. Location and price can’t be beat! All the workers are friendly and they even have propane fill by appointment. I’ll be back!

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: We really enjoyed this campground! The employees were very kind and helpful. We brought our bikes and rode most of the trails and it was absolutely beautiful! P-town is a very short bike ride, went out on a wonderful whale watch with the Dolphin Fleet. Saw a few whales and a leather back turtle! We will be going back the beginning of September for a few days!

Anna

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: This campground was established in 1967. It has mixed use of nightly tent or RV camping, seasonal sites and RV campers for rent. The RV sites were rebuilt in 2019 and are now packed stone, level sites with 50/30/20 amp/sewer/water with some sites for big rigs being 60' long x 30' wide. Parkwide fiber optic WiFi is just about completed. This campground is located in the West end of Provincetown. Though the bathrooms may look dated, they are clean with good water pressure. The maintenance team and office staff are warm and friendly with loads of suggestions for fun. Since there is so much to see and do in this destination town, a bicycle will easily get you everywhere you need to be. Or it's only a short 10 minute walk to the business district which has the most amazing restaurants with the freshest seafood, watering holes, shows, theatre productions, art galleries, eclectic shopping, beaches and the list goes on and on. Use Coastal Acres as your 'no frills' base camp and explore the beaches, take a Whale Watch or Dune tour. LGBTQ friendly.

Rob

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: This is an older campground that just accomplished upgrades to the RV sites with 50/30/20 amp, sewer, water and park wide wifi. The RV sites also have packed stone which is level. They can accommodate large rigs. The bathrooms are clean! The showers are .25 for 5 mins. The shower was clean, the water pressure was strong and 5 mins was plenty of time. We camped on F20 in our 22' camper and could hear the ocean roar, saw plenty of wildlife - turkey, rabbits, raccoons, chipmunks, and great bird watching. Canadian geese were raising their chicks! The staff and management are friendly and generous. Proximity to town and beaches cannot be beat! We will be back!!

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: Don’t use the GPS when you get close to town!!! Call for directions. Nice older campgrounds, easy walking distance to town. Lots of work going on to update. I didn’t mind spending 25 cents for shower (with good water pressure and fast hot water) Staff was great here!!!

Kristen

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: I stayed at the campground because of its proximity to Provincetown. I am glad I didn't read the reviews before going. The campground is much more enjoyable than the other reviews indicate. I am not saying that there is not some truth, but the perks are more than indicated. In my opinion (and I am out of shape) it was an easy and short walk to town. The bathrooms were nice, although they shouldn't nickle and dime you for the showers when you pay $65 (off season rate) for the site. We went in mid October and it was empty which probably influenced my opinion. We stayed in the field and enjoyed the ease of parking and lack of neighbors. The management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but only in the off season because we don't like crowds.

For Coastal Acres Camping Court: Signage is poor, the address shown in a state campground guide was wrong, so it was hard to find. The base rate was shown as $35, this was for tents. We were charged $55 for 20 amp service and water. They only take cash. Showers cost extra and are on a timer. The town is 1 1/2 mile away on hilly roads. You have to back into the dump station.
