For Colonial Mast Campground: Recent stay at Colonial was a very nice one. We found the park clean, bathrooms showers spotless. The General Store well stocked. Served breakfast takeouts, pizza and ice cream all good. This is a family run campground of many years, and it shows by the wonderful staff and their great helpful attitudes. There are many seasonal campers here so spots are limited. Has a nice sandy beach area with gradual depth for kids. plus views of lake. Also a local Seaplane circles the lake and can be arranged to pick you up at their dock for rides. Sites are level, with rock surround fire pits.

For Colonial Mast Campground: Many years ago (about 30), I was traveling with my family (10 of us), and we were denied entrance to some campgrounds. When we found Colonial Mast I was reluctant to disclose how many of us there were. Well I shouldn’t have worried as we were welcomed with friendly staff. We proceeded to return to Colonial Mast for many years. We have several good memories from those trips. Just last year we stopped in to say hi to Ike and we were treated with warm and caring staff

For Colonial Mast Campground: Family owned and run. It is clean. nice beach and playground. Might be tight for bigger rigs.
