For Aroostook State Park: A very nice, small state park. It was quiet and uncrowded during our 4-night, mid-week stay. There is a fair amount of space between campsites and several pit-privies disbursed in throughout. There are only 3 showers and 6 flushing toilets, but this seemed sufficient for the 30 sites. It’s a short walk from the campground to the small lake and there are a few hiking trails within the park. Connectivity is good with 2 bars of Verizon LTE. We stayed in site 12 with electric & water, but it does have a fair downward slope, so be prepared for that if you choose this spot. All-in-all, a nice park and campground worth visiting if you’re in northern Maine.

For Aroostook State Park: This is a terrific park with fairly secluded sites, nice shower and toilets, a lake, fishing, hiking and four sites with 15/30/50 amp power! Water is available in some sites. Great staff. Would be five stars but no dumping facilities.
