For Lake Gogebic State Park: The sites on the south eastern half of the park are ridiculously un level and soft with nonstandard power pedestals. Tried to back in to a lakeside site and would have had to have the wheels on 12 inch blocks in order to lower the tongue enough to get level. Changed the setup to parallel the road and had to jack knife between two trees. Additionally, the only way I was able to reach the power pedestal was that I had to buy an extension cord earlier in the trip. It would be great if the park let campers know they need longer power cords and lots of blocking.

For Lake Gogebic State Park: Stayed for four days in mid-September. Love this park! It took quite a while to set up the camper level because the sites along the lake are not level. Boat launch on site for those with boats. Blacktop roads, grass sites, dump station, playground, and nice bathhouse. The workers there were very helpful! I will be back!
