For Sun Outdoors Kensington Valley: The dirt road gets really bad before they grade it. The entrance was nearly impassable without the camper, and awful with. If you're trying to road warrior your job, this is not the place unless you have your own hotspot. Their wifi didn't reach our camper, and the over-the-air TV channels were shaky. As of June 30, 2021, they are still following covid protocols, except for masking up, which seems weird. One of the general stores is closed, and the one left open closes early. This campground is mostly seasonal and permanent residents. Creates a weird vibe for "us transients," but certainly a safe, clean, functional place to stop.

For Sun Outdoors Kensington Valley: Haas Lake is located approximately 1 mile down a dirt road, which can be an annoyance when the roads are wet.

Area is semi-rural yet within 20 minute drive to major cities and only 5 minutes away from most convinces (gas station, grocers, etc.)

Sites range from VERY nice lakefront spacious, to cramped and uneven... none are paved.

Facilities are average, and are generally clean.
