For Double R Ranch: This is a nice family campground with a lot of activities, but they need to work on a few things: 1- Two out of three campers in our group experience was that the reservation here is in shambles. Not sure if they have a new computer system, or if it was just a lack of training. At first it was annoying then it became a joke. 2- The main restrooms and shower facilities next to the pool are way below substandard. They haven’t been upgraded in years. Truck stops are way better than this. 3- Dogs off-leash. Most people get it, (there are rules), some ignore them and should be removed from the park.

For Double R Ranch: We are seasonal and love it here . Pet friendly. Setting is beautiful. Quiet. Grand children love coming here. On the river and lots of things to do here . Friendly owners. Two nice pools,horseback riding and other activities available. If u love camping you need to check this campground out.

For Double R Ranch: Review that says smelled of dead meat. That year there was a dreadful disease which killed over 13,000 white tailed deer. They all went for water and died right after drinking water. Maybe they had the misfortune of having one of them falling near their campsite.
The rest of their problems may or may not have been present.
I had a good time.
