For Bullocks Paul Bunyan Campground: Would not recommend this camp ground. Place is very run down, garbage everywhere piles of large items. Bathrooms stink really bad, water system takes forever to fill toilets. Amber who runs the place is rude and yells at individuals even heard her use the F word with a child. Not a place I will stay at my wife and I just stopped to see some friends.

For Bullocks Paul Bunyan Campground: This Campground has changed owners, From the greetings at check-in till good-bye at the end. They were friendly and kind, and helpful. This place needs some updates but everything worked, and every day someone was working on the campground. Our site was clean and spacious. Ranger Smith was very active with the kids and dogs, to keep them busy and happy. We were here for 8 days and loved it. Lots of adventures for my teens in the park. Great location to Alpena, Lots to do in the park and around town. We can't wait to come back. We camped at Paul Bunyan Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.
