For Camden State Park: Nice campground with big trees, fairly easy to back into sites. Reasonable bathhouse. Others have noted the loud trains noises but we got used to that easily. We were there on a Wed. Night in July and there were hardly any other campers. We walked the Hiking club trail which was quite easy with just a bit of elevation at the beginning and end. We saw folks on horseback and people using the beach. For a relaxing, visit with a stop at Walnut Grove where Laura Ingalls Wilder lived, this was a pretty decent camping experience.

For Camden State Park: I would give it a five but the awful noise of the trains, which come by about every two hours, rob you of your sleep. It is a beautiful park and has great facilities, like flush toilets and clean showers.
