For Cape Fair: Clean. Quiet. Well maintained. BUT, the roads are steep and tight, so larger campers will have a bit of an issue. The campground is 20 minutes from town/Walmart. There is a lot of dead wood in the trees which comes down a lot, we had a storm and my truck was narrowly missed by a 4†thick branch. Behind our camper, a 8’ long branch fell a few feet away. We were very lucky, across the street an entire tree uprooted. The camp hosts were very nice. The bathrooms/showers were hot and humid, and unaircondtioned. No Wi-Fi, 1 bar on LTE for cell service. Parking is very limited and parking on the grass is not allowed, so if you have 2 vehicles it could be a problem. Golf carts etc are not allowed. The hills are too steep for bicycles. The marina has a well stocked camp store, but it is pricey. Our water filter clogged up with some sort of fine granular substance like baking powder.

For Cape Fair: Nice campsites, clean and up to date facilities. Had a good view of the lake. Only issue was that there are no steps to the picnic table fire ring from the rv pad on the lake front sites. Larger rigs will need to be careful as the campground road is tight in a few spots with steep grade changes.
