For Cottonwoods RV Park: 45 ft class A with car in tow Stayed here a couple years ago and paid for 3 nights. 30 minutes after paying and checking in, the manager said not to hook up the water as the next few days there is a winter storm with cold temps and snow. We decided to only stay one night and went to the office to inform them. They said ok, but we won’t get any refund for the 2 nights not used. Also, on their web site they ask for you to choose any available site that meets your needs. However, when you check in they do not honor your request and put you where they want you. We stayed here again on Oct 27, 2021 out of necessity. We booked site # 76 and they wouldn’t honor our booking. Put us in site #75. After plugging in to the electric power, we were only getting 109 - 113 volts on leg one. Refrigerator was making loud humming noise, lights very dim and tv would not turn on. Destroyed a power strip. I immediately unplugged and ran the generator all night. Parks looks nice, but beware of the electric problems that can wreak havoc on your coaches electric system!!!

For Cottonwoods RV Park: We would certainly recommend this park. The grounds are well kept, grassy and shade trees throughout. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are reasonable spaced with some very long pull thrus for big rigs.

For Cottonwoods RV Park: Excellent overnight stay. No complaints. Good BBQ nearby if you don't feel like cooking. I'd definitely stop here again.

For Cottonwoods RV Park: The staff from the first call to them for a same day reservation to tent site and showers were awesome. Highly-rated and would stop again. Our dog loved it too!

For Cottonwoods RV Park: Our second time staying here. Good for an over night. Easy in and out. $50 is a bit steep. WIfi sucked. Bathrooms are nice. Laundry is still $2 a load. Folks are friendly both staff and campers. They are in an area where food delivery is available which is great! We had Dominoes, and it arrived in about 45 mins. . Will stay here again for an overnight since it is clean and convenient. But would be nice to have cable, and better wifi.

For Cottonwoods RV Park: This is an excellent park. Easy in and out. Pool was great. Larger convenient store on site. Very friendly people. We have a 40’ with a toad and had zero issues. We will be back!

For Cottonwoods RV Park: This a nice park, but not a $47.00 a night park. Especially in mid April. The untility hook ups are 6 to 8 feet apart with the electric 14to 16 feet from the water making very in convient to hook up a heated hose to prevent freezing. We just spent the past 12 nights in 5 different RV Parks for $210.00 total and they were nice parks also. Plus the Laundry is way to much at $2.00 for a wash and $2.00 for a dry per load. It might be less expensive to find other accommodations in the future.
