Greg

For Hickory Ridge Campground: Friendly staff. Sites are very difficult to get in. Very small loose gravel in center of site for wheels. Very Narrow site 60 / 61. I would not stay here again. Cannot recommend this campground unless it’s the last one available.

Johnson

For Hickory Ridge Campground: Overnight stay. Friendly staff, and a clean somewhat worn facility. Level gravel sites. Hook ups were placed in odd places but they did work. In the middle of nowhere. Would stay again.

For Hickory Ridge Campground: Nice enough campground...but although the sites are OK, the office area looks like a dump. My power pedestal was almost falling apart, the WiFi was essentially useless (can be said at a lot of parks), didn't use the bath house. Staff was nice, there is potential, but at this time I could not give more than 3 stars.

Jim

For Hickory Ridge Campground: $28/water & electric. After checking in. We had to go back because there was already a rig where we were supposed to go. Site was fair. Electric box looked 50 years old, but my surge protector had no issue with it. Water spigot had no knob on it. Bathhouse was horrible, I mean horrible. No heat. Wifi was almost fair. Good fenced dog area that was appreciated. I would look at the other two options nearby before coming here.

Alepore

For Hickory Ridge Campground: We stayed here two years on a row as a stop over, great RV park. Convenient to the highway, clean and nice spots. We had a 50 amp full hook up, pull through site for $35.

JenB

For Hickory Ridge Campground: We stayed here in late August, '13 after coming back through on our way back to Florida after six months away. We had stayed at the Kan-Do in March of this year during some awful weather, but this time the weather was great and we had the opportunity to enjoy the pool which was beautiful. The owners here are wonderfully pleasant and helpful and obviously have a lot of pride in their place. It is clean and well-kept with colorful flowers everywhere you look. When you stay here, be sure to take exit 170 off of the interstate and turn down road TT off of highway 161. Google maps had the directions right, but if you follow apple maps or any other GPS, you will most likely end up lost like we did back in March (and by lost, i mean LOST and in a world of hurt with no way to turn around). We love this campground, though, and will continue to stay here any time we're in this area.
