For KOA Holiday Billings: Stayed here on our way to Glacier Park and then on the return trip. Our site was a bit tight but ok as we were just there for a day at a time. Short walk over a berm to get to the Yellowstone river. I love the private bathroom and shower design but of course they do get backed up at times. I think this is a great place for families. A bit pricey but I would stay here again.

For KOA Holiday Billings: This park is really nice. Good for all ages. Nice pool and hot tub. Miniature golf, BBQ and breakfast available. KOA, AAA discount. Heard people in Hot tub but was quite by 11. No highway or train noise.

For KOA Holiday Billings: I really don't understand how anyone can rate this KOA at any less than four stars. Access is easy; it's exceptionally well-maintained and landscaped; the camp store is the best I've ever encountered anywhere; and the amenities are exceptional. I would take off a half star for the tight turns and tricky maneuvering required, but that's the only negative about this park.

DZ

For KOA Holiday Billings: All the reviews below are correct: the sites are close (most about5-10 ft on either side) but well maintained and have a small seat swing and small, round, cement patio table; grounds themselves have been made to look pretty w/ potted plants; it is "on" the river but view is of retaining wall; wi-fi is ok during slow hours, showers were claustrophobic and badly designed; staff was overabundant on golf carts. Now to the real picture. Like most independent campgrounds it is located on the cheapest land in the worst place. Easy hwy access means constant truck noise - some easier to ignore than others, however, THIS place has the added bonus of being near some sort of concert arena. Great for those that like country music blasting until midnight. At the very least they should warn guests or offer a discount on those nights since we're practically paying hotel rates. The idea of a soak in the hot tub overlooking the river was an appealing idea after a long day. Unfortunately, there was NO river view and the 10 unattended children and teens already splashing in it made that impossible. I did NOT enjoy my stay at America 's 1st KOA and will never visit another one.

For KOA Holiday Billings: we stay at campgrounds all over the U.S. And this is one of the nicest, prettiest, cleanest and best. We will stay here when we come this way again.

Pat

For KOA Holiday Billings: Just a little too crowded for us. Narrow sites. Just felt cramped in. Plenty of trees. No campfires at sites. We're pulling a 25' travel trailer. Nice staff. Bathrooms were fine but small showers.Wi-fi worked fine once I got on. TV ok with just an antenna. We'd probably stay here again....at least it's easy off, easy on to interstate 90.

CSH

For KOA Holiday Billings: We stayed here a few years ago and the view was so nice. They still advertise that it is on the Yellowstone river but the only view is of a concrete wall! There is construction everywhere and their "deluxe" site is an average full hook-ups site that is $75 a night! We made a special effort to come back to this park but will not be back again!
