For Cottonwood Camp: New owners for two seasons. Rustic but friendly. It is all about fishing on the Bighorn River. Gravel roads, gravel or grass spurs, water, trash, tables, grills. Some sites with partial shade from cottonwoods or poplars. Fly Shop has minimal snack foods and soda machine. Hardin is the nearest grocery store, 42 miles away, except for a lightly-stocked high-priced C-store in Ft Smith, about 3 miles away. Has tent sites, WES sites and WE sites, plus cabins of various sizes. Will rent drift boats, arrange shuttles or arrange guide trips. No laundry, dump station, firewood, recycling. Weak cell phone and wifi access without a booster. Contrary to their ads, you cannot walk to the river without a long walk through fields with hip-high weeds. Three-mile fishing access site is an easy drive on gravel roads.

For Cottonwood Camp: A very good campground. We stayed here for a week of fishing on the Big Horn river. Very convenient for fishing the river. Staff is great and very helpful. They have boat rentals and a shuttle service if you need it. Nearest grocery store is in Harden which is a nice drive but a bit far, so you need to bring most of the things you need, like food, adult beverages, etc.
