For Indian Trees Campground: 8/2017: Stopped here for a couple of days and it is a nice well wooded site. Lots of birds and trees. Facilities are basic, typical forest service camp ground, but nice for larger RV's too, which was great. Good hiking and a nice little private hot spring down the road. I would definitely come back here. This is a dry camping experience, and it is well worth it while in transit as it is close to the Hwy, but not noisy. Easy to get to.

For Indian Trees Campground: Nice campground right off the road, but very quiet and pretty. Lots of wildlife, old road for a hike. Interesting history, lots of little streams. Good water, well maintained. A good nights rest. Pretty high, so nights are chilly.
