For Hide-a-way Campground: The lady running the park, I believe her name is Barbara, has no idea what she’s doing, and will tell you that they can accommodate big rigs, and that is completely false. I have a 43 foot fifth wheel that got completely totaled just trying to pull into and out of the site they assigned me to. This park is mostly park models with a couple empty spots that they try to put RVs in. It is very tight to turn and maneuver, and my suggestion is if you are over 35 feet, do not use this RV park. There are so many Little Hills and undulations in this park that a long rig will get hung up on. Mine did just pulling out of the site and completely ripped the backend of my rig off, and twisted the frame. I’d add pics but this review board doesn’t allow.
