Lazy days in a Westy
For KOA Journey Statesville I-77: Right next to the freeway with noise all night long. Bathrooms are NOT centrally located...it's a long walk from most of the tent sites; however, bathrooms are clean. Playground is minimal. I would only use this campground if you are tired and passing through.

For KOA Journey Statesville I-77: A fine place to stop for the night if you are roadtripping through. Not a lot of frills for a KOA. It is a bit dated but clean. WiFi is ok but will not allow you to stream Video. Pool is ok. Water pressure is a bit low at around 30 psi.
No fire pits or fire rings. Only full deluxe is equipped with gas grills. Some back ins have charcoal grills but pull throughs do not. No open fires allowed, they are very adamant about it. Not a lot of space in between pull throughs.

For KOA Journey Statesville I-77: Basic campground. Dated facilities. Friendly checkin. Slow internet. Easy on and off. Slightly confusing to enter. Entrance is actually off the northbound entrance ramp. Look for the koa signs

For KOA Journey Statesville I-77: Although an older KOA, property is clean and well maintained. Pleasant location just off the interstate.

For KOA Journey Statesville I-77: Easy to get too. Quiet and clean park. Little playground- just swings and playset. Nice pool and walking grounds. Game room w ski ball and ping pong. Nice staff.
