For Mount Carmel Dam Rec Area: From the main highway there are 3 miles of graval road to get to campground. Driving north there is one sign that says "Mount Carmel DAM". The sign says nothing about camping but that's the correct road. Even though there are some twists and turns on the road... There is no further signage.Using Allstays we did manage to find it after getting lost a couple of times. Friendly staff at campground. There for one night... stayed On the Point... only campers there. Most are seasonal campers. Wifi $12.00 a day - did not use. Was frustrating trying to find this campground but there wasn't much more around to choose from. Can get atenna TV there.
