For Tamworth Camping Area: Nice setting in the woods. Sportsmen’s club has loud gunshots for mos of the afternoon and evening. Pine needles with pine tar are all over so if you have a dog, you’re going to be spending a lot of time cleaning the pitch off of it.

For Tamworth Camping Area: I love this campground. Nice wooded sites where your neighbors are not on top of you. The service from all the staff is awesome. Very helpful and considerate of a 1st time seasonal camper. So willing to help with any question. I highly recommend.
