For Sky City RV Park and Casino: Great value and well laid out treeless park. Have to put up with poor mgmt same problems as others. Pull into site, had to get shuttle that takes you over to register only to find out space given to someone else. Very disorganized. Nice clubhouse with showers but not always open cause "staff has other jobs !" That's per front desk. Web site says large motor homes only not so. All kinds of RVs are here. Sites are fairly level great sunsets. Pueblo packages for sky city tour no longer offered but website says otherwise. Be sure you get an email confirmation. Their reservation system is loosie goosie! But still a nice place. Buffet is great value.

For Sky City RV Park and Casino: Stayed one night while traveling cross country. Nice spaces, easy access in and out, good utilities. Well worth the price for a one night stop, but check in and out was a pain in the backside. Reserved ahead of time and was told to just pull into an empty spot on arrival and call the hotel for a shuttle for check in. Arrived, picked a spot and called. Clerk at first didn't want to send a shuttle until I balked at driving back to hotel. Security guard picked me up and waited at hotel while I registered. Clerk was rather curt and told me I had to move to a different spot than the one I had pulled into. Not a big deal, but still an inconvenience. Laundry facility was a quarter mile hike from the campground. Check out the next morning took forever while the clerk tried to get the computer to produce a receipt. The only friendly employees I met in the entire place were the two security guards who provided the shuttle between the campground and hotel for check in/out. Nice facilities, but definitely need some better customer service aspects.

For Sky City RV Park and Casino: Stayed here one night on our way from Az to Carlsbad Caverns. Security came around and wanted to make sure we were not having problems with the water and sewer as I had only hooked up electricity. Great to have 50 amp service for such a great price $18.00 per night. Nice gravel pads and lots with concrete curbs. Will definitely stay here again.

For Sky City RV Park and Casino: Total mess up with registration. I had to move twice before we could stay in one place. They double registered many of the slots. We had quite a party trying to fix the doubling. There must have been five separate doubling but that did not count the RV that had to move due to failed power.
