For USA RV Park: Great RV park. Very clean and large sites. Easy to get and out of. Staff not as friendly as some places but it was a great campground. We came in very tired and enjoyed unwinding by walking around the campground. Enjoyed the desert view too.

For USA RV Park: Clean & well maintained, friendly staff. Although the spaces are spartan ( this IS the desert)! Each has hookups and a picnic table. Hot shower was great! Lots of amenities (pool, putting green, playground, outdoor chess board, nice camp store, laundry) but I assume most campers we saw are just overnight. $35.

For USA RV Park: During check-in we were assigned to pull-through full hookup site #52. Upon arrival we immediately noticed a strong smell of urine and feces. My guess is that the next door neighbors were allowing their large dogs to do their business there instead of walking them to the dog park. It was disappointing that the campground didn't inspect the site first. I called the office and they immediately let us move to site #43. This was actually a free upgrade as it included 50 amp. Thanks team for the great service! Our gravel site was level and comfortable. Sites are very close together so you will definitely get to know your neighbors. Didn't try the onsite bathrooms and showers. Loud trains run periodically but we've experienced worse in other campgrounds. The Gallup municipal airport is about 2 miles away. A fair number of loud low-flying aircraft buzzed overhead during our 1 week stay. Gallup has an excellent visitor center. Employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. The cultural center located next door is also highly recommended. Excellent exhibits on the Navajo code talkers and other local persons of interest. I would also like to thank front desk staff member Melissa for referring us to a local company called "Welding by Dale LLC." Dale came out to fix a broken bracket on our tow car. Very reasonable prices and he was fantastic!

For USA RV Park: Very nice RV Park. Stayed here on an overnight, but would have no issues staying longer. Utilities were well laid out and each had many options for sewer hookups. The sites were gravel, clean, level and not too crowded together…..plenty of room. Had to make a run into Gallup for several items. Gallup is your typical working western town. It has everything you need, some of what you don’t, and all reasonably priced. If you need a couple of days to rest, pause and restock the larder, this is it. I put it high on my list to comeback to. P.S. Yes, the park is right under the approach/departure path for the airport. I’m a pilot and Air Force vet, so I’m used to planes flying overhead. For the not so accustomed, the good news is these are small aircraft flying overhead. Nowhere near as noisy as the big jets!!
