For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Easy access to everything in Santa Fe. A very large dog park. Staff is very friendly. We were camped near the front some street noise but not bad. Would stay here again

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: A very nice park in the heart of Santa Fe. Concrete pads with good wifi and the largest dog park we've even seen. Would give it 5 starts except it's on an extremely busy road.

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: We stayed here for a month recently and have to say this was our least favorite place we've stayed thus far. We're FT campers so we stay at a lot of places.

I will say that the staff were super nice! The ladies in the office were very friendly and the grounds crew always waved and said hello.

For the amount we paid for a month we expected more for our money.

The Resort is right off Cerrillos which is a main road in Santa Fe. Our site was only four spots away from the road and it was VERY loud at night!

The spots are so close together that there is very little space between you and your neighbor. And if your neighbor happens to have slide outs.. say goodbye to your space.

The park isn't very dog friendly either. Dogs are not allowed to go on the grass and the dog park isn't anything special.

Be aware especially if you're a female walking super early in the morning or late in the evening.. there are homeless guys that would sleep in the little dog area in the front of the park within the Resort. This happened on three separate occasions while we were there. A little unnerving for the price you pay.

Bathrooms and laundry were clean.

If you're wanting internet.. forget about it! We could hardly get on which stunk for us bc we needed internet for work. Cable also didn't work for us or for many others we spoke with.

If you're a VERIZON Wireless subscriber chances are you won't get a signal at this park. We had to go to AT&T and buy a hotspot.

Also, if you need to wash your vehicle or truck it's $15. Which to us considering we were there for a month seemed absurd. Why not let longer guest have that as a perk?

No campfires or charcoal grills.

Also plan to check in prior to 5:30 PM otherwise you won't get in that day. This is crazy.. what campsite/Resort closes at 5:30?!? Recommend this be at least 8!

We will definitely come to Santa Fe again however will stay somewhere else next time.

Gracie

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Great in-city location on bus line. Staff very friendly and helpful. Late arrival without reservations could be problem.
Clean restrooms. Showers small, but water hot, plentiful with plenty of pressure. Laundry well maintained and clean.
Sites fronting road might be noisy. Verizon coverage poor here as it is in many spots in S.F.
I would highly recommend this park.

For The Trailer Ranch RV Resort and 55+ Community: Location near a major road about 4 miles from downtown. Very friendly, staff with designated helper to get you backed in to spaces. Back ins have concrete pads. Request site away from road.

Wifi very poor. Verizon doesn't work very well in the park and the park wifi very weak. There is limited air TV coverage and the cable doesn't work at most sites

Bathrooms are clean but shower stalls are very small with low water pressure with the shower head in the corner of the stall making showers difficult.

Overall Park well maintained but this park is on the bus line and makes getting downtown easy. Could be much nicer if some money was spent on infrastructure.
