For Rose Valley RV Ranch: We were so pleasantly surprised with Rose Valley RV Ranch! This place was outstanding in ever aspect. They went beyond making your stay a pleasant one. The area was carefully designed to give you privacy, plenty of space for every RV to not feel crowded. We are planning to return in the spring wish we could have stayed longer.

Chasing_RV_Dreams
For Rose Valley RV Ranch: I wish we could have been hear before the pandemic. They have some nice amenities that would make a big impact on your stay. There are some nice sights near here as well. Road noice at night was minimal which is a change from what we have experienced lately. Internet is good unless you need streaming. Sights are large and mostly private. My sight #70 is a bit uneven. My front is jacked as far as I can go to get even. That is the fifth star. Thumbs up for this park.

On the Road Again
For Rose Valley RV Ranch: What a great find. This RV Park is still taking reservations during the coronavirus pandemic. We called and got a site for three nights. Sites are long and spacious, level, gravel, wide with shrubbery and some fencing between, adding lots of privacy. Both easy back in and pull through sites. Several large clean showers/bathrooms, laundry and library but no amenities like a pool or hot tub. Did i mention the Excellent cell, and even better fast WiFi, which was very good with multiple access points to connect to through out the park. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great prices and we used AARP to get additional discount, they also accept Good Sam. Cabins available. Quiet. We were very happy and recommend it.

Knippakid
For Rose Valley RV Ranch: Really liked this park. Stayed a week in a very nice pull through site. The access roads are gravel but well maintained and the sites are far enough apart with Juniper trees and fences really give you a sense of privacy. It was very quiet, and the other tenants friendly. Nice field with 1/4 mile walking trail around it for the dogs. Easy in/out into town and Walmart close by. Staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. Nice laundry but we didn’t use the showers/restrooms but they looked good from the outside. We would definitely stay here again.

For Rose Valley RV Ranch:
Previous comments still apply. The dust was not significant.
Dick Cowles in the office was very helpful in solving a problem in our new to us motorhome. He called local plumbers to arrange for a service call. Before any were available he suggested a remedy which worked. Problem solved!!!

Just Driving Around
For Rose Valley RV Ranch: I had an opportunity to interact with several of the employees and all were very helpful. The sites are all gravel but they water them several times a week to help keep dust down. There was plenty of room for my 35’ plus toad to pull in and set up. Laundry and showers were clean and always available. There are several long term residents but they are all well kept. There’s LP across the main road that is pull thru and a Walmart just a few minutes away. Note: I wouldn’t suggest using Hwy 15 or Hwy 152 as they have very sharp turns.

Slip N Slide Austin
For Rose Valley RV Ranch: Great place and was very enjoyable. Staff very cordial and helpful. Sites were spacious and designed with a western theme. Owners concern for visitors safety and comfort is evident. The roads are dirt and gravel with wind blown dust from west to east. The owner had a water truck run all the roads to dampen the dust and that is the only negative I found.
