For Cleveland/Sandusky Jellystone Park: This campground is definitely out of the way but worth the trip if you’re looking to get away for a few days. It was recently turned into a Jellystone Park so all the amenities you’d expect to go along with that are here. The jump pad is brand new, disc golf, a Gagaball pit, volleyball and the playground is large, new and very nice. The pool is an original from before the campground was a Jellystone but it’s decent sized and the kids will enjoy. There are a lot of permanent sites around the back of the campground but most are very clean and well taken care of. The regular sites are very long and adequately sized. Water and electric are very good and sewer hookup is easy. Cell service is good (Verizon) and there is a WiFi but you have to pay for it. One area that needs attention is the bathrooms and showers in the ranger station. They are small and really out of date. Lastly, the owners are very friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one. I’d come back here anytime.
