For Bluff Landing: We love ACEs !!! What a great idea of the ACE to create these campgrounds for the enjoyment of USA citizens. We have stayed in several & have not been disappointed, until this one. Although we will stay here again. This ACE is NOT being managed well at all. We had water issues with our site & had a powerful surge of water that flooded our RV. Another campsite had electric problems with the box that caused their RV to have issues. No one is taking care of the grounds. It I a mess!!! The campsite firepit was full of trash when we arrived & the grass is not being cut. They did cut it after about a month & left big piles of cut grass all around. The pile of cut shrubs near the bathrooms has been left for about 2-3 years. Bathrooms are not being cleaned. It is a beautiful place to be, but with 2 hosts who are not managing the grounds, equipment & facilities, it is going down hill. Either get new capable management, or insist this management work. We like this place & would like to see it at the same quality standards as other ACE.
