For Champlain Tent and Trailer Park: Champlain Tent and Trailer Park in North Bay is located close to Lake Nippissing. They have good water, and sewer available. The hydro that is provided continually goes out and runs between 93 and 107 most of the time. My surge protector would not allow me to power my trailer. Make sure you only pay for one day and make your own assessment. The sites are VERY TIGHT and I finally got placed into a site, but you feel like you are in a can of sardines! Right now there is a fire ban, so no fires allowed, but they do sell firewood here. The park was just recently bought and the manager is trying to correct hydro problems. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. Satellite reception is pretty much NIL! I tried for many hours with all the right settings from BELL and had no luck. Usually, I have our satellite going in 15 to 30 minutes. No swimming pool on site, good laundry and washroom/ shower facilities. No recycling practised by this business that I could see, just a large dump bin. The owner seems friendly enough and just loves his golf cart, and giving out dog biscuits, delivering fire wood, pop cicles and rides for children on his golf cart.
