For The Camp: After reading some of the reviews, we were hesitant to book here but we did, mostly based on a more recent review. Our stay was perfectly fine. It seems everything is new. Sites were nicely laid out, bathrooms and laundry are new, and clean. Manager was friendly and so was the gal on the phone. The overall size of the park is small, but they have done a great job utilizing their space. It is winter, so I can’t speak about noise. I would definitely stay here again if we are in Bend.

For The Camp: Campground has recently been remodeled. Very nice, modern and clean. Spaces are on the small side. Pleasant community area with patio seating, gas fire pit, lighting and grills. Great location because close to downtown Bend but it is right off of 3rd street which is busy and loud. There is also a nearby train station with trains arriving and departing all night. Not the best night’s rest for a light sleeper. Also, a bit pricey.

For The Camp: We stayed at “The Camp†in early April. Luke (the owner) was a super host. We can’t thank him enough for our stay.
We wish you the greatest of success moving forward.

For The Camp: This facility was a much needed port in a storm. Yes it is indeed tired but it IS recently under new management with a plan and a schedule for renovation. As others have said the people were friendly and helpful. While this may not be Bend's fanciest neighborhood it was very convenient to the places we needed to be. We spent three nights there and were happy to have it. By the time we left we were somewhat taken with the place. A remodel will add a LOT to what is there. We would consider staying there again once it is remodeled.
A facility in Bend with availability the second Saturday in July is welcome and worthwhile regardless of its shortcomings.
Thanks for taking care of us Keystone.

For The Camp: After being totally hosed on our reservations by a “Luxury RV Resort†north of Bend we found Keystone. It was late in the day the Friday before the Sisters quilt show. There was simply nothing else available. We had 2 RVs in our group and they had spaces for us both. While it is true that the place was not a 5 star resort they also did not charge 5 star prices. It was truly a godsend to find it. 100+ degrees out with a hot wife and dog in the truck it was a blessing to plug in and crank up the AC. The management was friendly and helpful. Even guided me in backing up my trailer. Yes the place is returning to the earth. Yes it has seen better days. Yes it is about half full of full time residents, who by the way were extremely friendly. Yes we were grateful to have found it. We stayed in a travel trailer

For The Camp: I stopped here for the night because it was the only RV hookup available within at least a 50 mile radius in midsummer. Needed to dump tanks etc.
The place was once nice, but time has moved on and the park is slowly returning to the earth. It does have a shower, very old and cracked (didn't use it so I don't know if it works).
Seems that all except one of the spaces are for residents. The "guest" space is tiny and cramped. The utilities are difficult to access.
The managers were unfriendly and suspicious. Maybe that's reflective of the neighborhood (not the best)?
For $49/night, cash only, it's a resource of last resort. I'm grateful it was there when I needed it. Certainly not an enjoyable stopover though.
