Patti Ranch

For Crown Villa RV Resort: It’s a very nice place with fancy rigs. Paving stones to park on plus other amenities at your site. The sites were well over $100 ... but they have a cheaper section that was still expensive for $60 a night, park on gravel, only water and electric. It’s in the middle of town so lots of traffic and fairly noisy. Inside the park it’s a pleasant setting.

Tom Stephens

For Crown Villa RV Resort: Pricey, but absolutely best place to stay in Bend. RV spots are huge, and there’s a ton green space between sites. This is a perfect location to explore Bend.

For Crown Villa RV Resort: Huge, flat, paved sites with patio area, free grass, bike storage, easy access hookups, garbage can, extra parking, laundry facilities, clean restrooms and showers, free WiFi, cable tv, fitness room, all well manicured... the list goes on. Park is in town and close to anything you need or want to do.

SLODave

For Crown Villa RV Resort: This is one of the nicest RV parks we’ve ever visited. It really is a “park.” Large trees and large, shady grassy areas. Really beautiful. The sites are very large, with pavers in the RV area, and. Large green area between sites. Fantastic!

For Crown Villa RV Resort: This place is great! We first arrived in Bend and went to the Walmart parking lot (we decide to boondock at Walmart from time to time on our travels). HUGE MISTAKE! It was so sketchy there. Lots of older RVs, Big Rigs, and people living in their cars. Some of the people living there tried to approach us. We quickly left and came to Crown Villa. This place is amazing. Just what we needed to feel secure with our new baby and our 3 dogs. Huge spots, great hookups. All the amenities you would expect at a RV resort. Hot tub, tennis courts, gym, sauna, dog area, coffee/tea/cappuccino, credit card laundry room, pool tables, lounge, BBQ grill.

For Crown Villa RV Resort: This is a beautiful resort tucked away from the city. The resort is very well maintained and the service is excellent. There are some longer term residents, but it is apparent and after reading their brochure that they can refuse the right to service if your RV doesn’t meet standards(meaning: if your RV is older than 10 years they require pictures before reservations). The front desk said they specifically follow this rule after May 1, but are more lenient in the off months. The platinum sites are huge, you had a storage shed and at least 50 feet of green grass between trailers. There is a well maintained tennis court and it appeared a pickle all net was set up too. There is a large off leash dog area which is the biggest I’ve seen in a while! Over the medium sized hill off the RV resort there is a huge 10 acre field that has previously been prepped for housing sites, this is also an excellent area for walking and riding bikes, especially for kids. The hot tub, bathrooms and showers are the nicest and cleanest showers I have seen. Heck they even have two ply TP! 😄 Obviously we will be staying here again. It is quiet and clean and the owners have done a wonderful job keeping it up.
