For Diamond Lake RV Park: Was met by a hospitality- challenged lady at reception, they even had a tip jar on the counter(?) Tried to put us in a site immediately next to a construction area with no trees, they did change our spot after we complained. The site was like boondocking with power, thankfully we didn’t need the sewer because it was just a hole in the ground with no spill pad. Forget the “Resort†in their title, it’s far from it.

For Diamond Lake RV Park: We were coming off of a 10 day boondocking stretch in the Willamette NF and decided to stay in an RV park to catch up on laundry, pay bills, check emails and such, as well as visit an area we haven't been to before. We called ahead to ask about the smoke conditions prior to making the reservation and weretold that the conditions were good and they had only had one day when it was smokey. Once we arrived at Diamond Lake (I assume there was a lake there which was hidden by all of the smoke), we were out into what was arguably the smallest RV spot I have experienced. It was nice to be able to lean back against my neighbors slide out while sitting at the picnic table though. A staff member at the resort down the road told us they had been socked in by smoke for weeks.
The advertised WiFi is a joke. IF you pay the $3 fee per device & IF they have any devices available to access the WiFi, you still can only access the internet directly in front of the office.
Bathrooms we very clean and laundry facilities were great. Staff was also very nice, which is why two stars instead of one.

For Diamond Lake RV Park: Claimed WiFi does not exist at the park, you have to go three miles away then good luck. Campground was nice enough but state campgrounds were better. Beware of mosquito timing, area is subject to major hatches. I would stay next to lake in state campground next time.

For Diamond Lake RV Park: Stayed for five nights. Great location, poor customer service. Unable to select site. It's a gamble. Our luck worst site in past 3 yrs, 25 camping trips. Site was door side to road approx 10 feet. Asked office to move to another site and was told "no". Several better sites available, but refused to allow us to move. Pizza across the street was our best experience.

For Diamond Lake RV Park: Great location to Crater Lake and walking to a little pizza/ice cream shop on diamond lake. Staff not friendly, sign when you walk in says "our rent is paid:no refunds," other than that not bad.

For Diamond Lake RV Park: We loved this place, although when we pulled in it was raining and there was a thousand mosquitoes. We thought we were going to hate it, but the sun was out the next morning and it was wonderful! The sites are very wide but gravel and not very level. The wifi was pretty weak but free. I have Verizon and it was fine. Crater Lake is only 20 minutes away and the nearby waterfalls are a must see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were here the last week of June and in a motorhome. Also the pizza at the pizza place was great!
