For Harbor Village RV Park: I gave it a 4 star for being conveniently located to the sea lions and great restaurants. The showers were clean as was the laundry. There are quite a few full time residents here and most keep their space neat and clean. Unfortunately, we had to park next to a person who had junk on his patio. Quite a shame they do not enforce neatness. I’d prefer to stay in a state park.

For Harbor Village RV Park: This was a very nice spot in Newport. It was walking distance to the seafront where you could see the sea lions and enjoy some fresh fish. The site was level with good hookups and the bathrooms and showers were cleaned were laundry facilities.
The sites are close, with no grass and there are many full time residents in the park, Some of these have collected varies levels of junk in the sites whereas others are kept very nice.
It is a great place for a stop over and visiting the Newpor waterfront.

For Harbor Village RV Park: A rack 'em and stack 'em RV Park. Lots of traffic coming and going at all hours of the night.A busy place. Of course the wifi didn't work either. On the plus side, it's close to the Rogue Brewery.
