For Columbia River RV Park: Other than this park being close to Portland - I'm not sure why anyone would rate this "trailer trash"RV park higher than a one star. Spaces are tight, long term Trailer park people live here. It's a depressing place. We won't be back.

For Columbia River RV Park: We stayed here while attending the Craft Brewers Assn meeting at the convention center. It is well maintained and with the land it has, does well in making the setting look nice ... concrete, blacktop, curbs and landscaping. It's close to the river, which has a few good restaurants and a parking lot/boat ramp, where you can walk for a very long way (over 15 miles, I think). Great view, on Marine Dr., of Mt. Hood. The negatives I have include two things just to be aware of: 1. The spaces are very close to one another -- although you can parallel your RV alongside your car. But still ... it's a bit claustrophobic. 2. There is quite a lot of street noise from Marine Drive -- even through the night. Must be due to its close proximity to the Portland Airport, which adds to the noise. If you need to be in Portland, it's an acceptable place to stay. If you can avoid being IN Portland, do so.

For Columbia River RV Park: An urban park with 90% long stays. Convenient location. Pleasant staff.
Clean park. Concrete pads. All utilities worked well. Quiet despite proximity to road. Centrally located. Beautiful views along Columbia river. Good biking. Close to airport. We would stay here again.

For Columbia River RV Park: Nice clean urban RV park. No play facilities; just parking. Lots of monthlies. Newer RV only for long term.
