For Trout Creek Campground: Trout Creek Camp ground we stayed for 13 days, setting is nice in the forest and nice creek for wading or swimming in, we stayed using the access pass so price was half off of 18 per night.
There are about 6 sites that accommodate bigger RVS I would guess 32 foot would be max, most sites were reserved well in advance with a few first come first serve, as we we never reserve. 4 pull through sites. There is no fire wood around the camp ground, however closer to cascadia oregon there are places selling bundled fire wood for 5 dollars a bundle. Kid friendly camp ground lots of kids! Smoke was horrible from the near by fires this season.
Pros:
Cell service worked with ATT 4G and some LTE
Hand water pump only in one location so not convenient but was available
Fire pit at each site
2 trail systems close by
Fish “ troutâ€and crawdads in the creek
Cons:
No camp host, however a person came to empty trash cans daily.
Camps are super close together, can hear the neighbors snoring
Blue Jays and Ravens are noisy all day long!
Lots of bees! and other insects, mosquitoes in the evening are moderate
Sites are not paved but covered in course rock
Picnic tables are on dirt, mud would be horrible after a rain
Pit toilets even though most have an odor these were atrocious and noxious smelling
No sani dump.
Lots of road noise especially in the morning from the log trucks using Jake brakes
Summery:
Would be a nice place in the middle of the week for quite camping and a day of fishing or hiking, or a spot to rest for a couple days, we would not come back for an extended stay at this camp ground or the others near by as we investigated those as well, and were not as nice and smaller sites.
