For Seaside RV Resort: First time staying at a Thousand Trails park and NOT impressed. Especially when I paid $78.00/night. We have never had to drive around and pick our own site. We chose one close to playground and pool as we had young grandchildren with us and we could see the playground from our RV. There weren’t many sites to choose from. Our site was uneven and had no place for us to sit outside. With driving around and choosing your own site, there is nothing stopping a 20’ trailer from taking a 50’ pull-thru site and leaving a 30’ back-in site for a motorhome or 40’ toy hauler. Didn’t look like any attempt had been made to cut grass or trim weeds in several weeks. Not many people followed the posted rules at the pool - cannonballs, jumping in and splashing everyone, screaming! I get it they are kids, but geez!

For Seaside RV Resort: Site 128, Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile all decent signals. Very nice park, decent sized site and utilities all working well. Safe and secure location. Pool and Spa working and look good. Noise is minimal and there is no railroad or major freeway for many, many miles in any direction. This part of the country is beautiful and the parks are wonderful, so far. We're having no problems staying connected to strong data signals (I still work full time) and working east coast hours on the west coast means I'm off work at 2pm and we're out and about for 5+ hours of daylight! We love the off-leash dog park on the island (well done, folks!). Right now they can't pump LP, but they told us the nearby Chevron sells it for less. The town is within walking and biking distance and there are bike rentals and a boardwalk along the beach. One note, there's a sign that points down 12th Avenue saying campground in 1500'. Trust it. Just go down the street and continue until you find the campground. You'll probably want to go slow so it will seem much farther. Check-in is on the right and if you decide to go to the north side (across the street) the turn around is easy. They have well packed and surprisingly smooth gravel roads and some pavement. I can not figure out people who give places like this one or two stars, and I think that they should sell their rigs and stay home.

For Seaside RV Resort: Stayed for 3 nights weekend before 4th of July. Our site was good, but many were small. As sites aren’t assigned it was better to get there early. A lot of maintenance issues. Our site had a water leak and the hot tub was broken in the common area. Staff was not too friendly (older guy) to “retail customers†that didn’t have the thousand trails time share.nice location to bike downtown. There was also a domestic dispute that cops were called . Not parks fault, but still....

For Seaside RV Resort: Bathrooms and facilities are clean and well kept. Wifi at the lodges and laundry. Didn't like the gravel roads with the dust, but all thinks considering not bad. We were in the south site and all the club house stuff for non adults are at the north side. A bit of a walk, but i can't complain. Had to walk off some burgers and beer anyway. Our site was a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would come again - 8ft trailer, family of four with two girls under 14 yrs.

For Seaside RV Resort: Terrible experience. Overpriced and outdated, rude staff, fake wi-fi, small sites, no shade and too many check-in requirements (even some personal private data and insurance info). First time saw this in 10-years RV travels. There are too many other options around including State Parks with full hookups for a half price with friendly people, rangers and huge sites.
