Tunis
For Pleasant Valley RV Park: Decent clean RV park. Mostly permanent residents. Site had 30/50 amps, water, and sewer. No problems with utilities. Site was long enough for my 38 class a and dolly remained attached.
One should be able get satellite in the middle rows.
Two bars Verizon
The best WiFi I’ve had in a year in many parks.
Close to many attractions
I would stay here again.

Marv Ellis
For Pleasant Valley RV Park: Pretty decent campground. I’d say it’s 80-90 % permanents. But there were quiet. The two center rows D and E were the only sites for those not staying monthly or longer. WiFi was on and off. Att had only 1 bar. Lucky to get two for a fleeting moment. You can drive back to the rest area a half mile and get 3 bars. There’s a dozen or so rabbits running around. Watch out for little droppings. Little to no shade on row D. The trees had been cut down or trimmed way back. Maybe they were hitting people’s slideouts.
Good water pressure, clean power. This is one of the two parks in the area I’d stay in with our 36 ft 5th wheel.

Lil Adventures
For Pleasant Valley RV Park: Nice, grassy pull-through spots. The park is clean and well maintained and staff are friendly.
I got limited Verizon coverage until I turned on my cellular booster and then got 3 bars LTE. However, their Wifi was pretty good most times, so used that.
