For Montrose Campsites: Awesome campground. Large sites, owners friendly and lots of stuff to do. Open YEAR ROUND, but not listed as such an allstays yet. Very clean was rooms, nice laundry machines. Stayed here for a week in October, very quiet. Definitely a place to come back to.

For Montrose Campsites: Our first time camping here with our 'new to us' camper and we had hot water issues. The owner was very helpful and came by to help diagnose the problem. He explained what we were doing wrong and we had hot water in no time! The second time camping here with another 'new to us' camper and we turned on our kitchen faucet to find the sprayer had cracked from improper winterizing. The owner came to our rescue AGAIN with a used sprayer and even installed it for us! The sites are HUGE and each have a nice picnic table and fire ring. The campground is kid-friendly and has a great playground, pool, and even mini-golf. A nice nature trail takes you to a quiet pond for fishing. The store is stocked with necessities and they have plenty of camper specific items as well. This was a very nice, quiet campground off the beaten path but very close to a town that can provide everything that you might possibly forget to take with you. We will definitely be going here again!

For Montrose Campsites: Park owner or manager is awfull to deal with. If you stay a month she will not take a check, or credit card. Cash only and has a real problem about parking your vehicle any where she doesnt like you may have to walk to your vehicle
