For Colonial Woods Family Resort: Very nice campground with some really nice amenities. The kids had a great time at the crafts and movie night. The pool was also nice and there was a separate kiddie pool with dumping buckets and waterfall mushrooms. We had a great campsite that was level and large. We felt like we really had a lot of room. I was impressed with the bathrooms in the campsite and lodge area, the ones in the pool/seasonal area were not as nice, they were more worn down. Now for the two downfalls. They have no sewer. This is just a personal thing as they do have a portable pump that comes around that you can sign up for, but I would just prefer to have sewer hookups. But you know this going in. The other one is the distance to the dumpster. It is far away from the main camping area and there isn't a dumpster by the restroom. This makes disposing of trash a little more of a chore than it needs to be. The only other thing I would mention is the pool area is quite a hike from the camping area. More than some of the other campgrounds I've been to. It's a shame that there are those two speed bumps to an overall nice campground. If these are things that won't bother you, then definitely check this place out.
