For Fish N Fry Recreation: It’s a pretty campground in the Black Hills. Surrounded by mountains and a small stream that flows behind the rigs in a few sites. The hosts were nice and helpful. They helped us get backed in to our site, and even helped us with receiving a package. It was easily accessible right off of the highway. The downside to that is you have to deal with highway noise. We stayed in site 10, which was further away from the highway and along the stream, and that helped. The sites are really close together though, which can be deceiving when looking at the map of the campground. It is definitely not scale. All in all, it was a pleasant camping experience.

For Fish N Fry Recreation: Very nice, clean, quaint, rustic campground. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful! When I made our reservation, Gary couldn’t have been more helpful in telling me about the sites we chose a E/W site along the brook. Everyone at the campground was pleasant. Laundry and bath house where very clean. There is a small restaurant and well stocked store on site. I would take off a star due to smaller sites, but they were such wonderful hosts I just can’t! There is a steep sloping driveway but there were lots of big rigs that navigated it just fine. I would recommend!

Host was there to get us back in and made sure everything was to our liking.
Couldn’t recommend a better place to base camp for the Blackhills area.

For Fish N Fry Recreation: Stayed here for 2 nights June 2016. Super friendly staff and great location for exploring the area. We got a spot right backing on the creek and listened to it all night, very peaceful! It was fairly busy and we thought maybe it would be noisy but it was fine. We would return.
