For Hart Ranch RV Resort: This RV park is amazing. Truly a resort. It’s a membership park; we used RPI. All back-ins. Large cement FHU-50 amp sites with attached patio. Beautiful grass in between sites and in between rows. Everything is clean and well maintained. Large internal roads; good for big rigs. Lots of amenities. Large number of OTA TV channels. Gate guard. Very quiet. Convenient to the many Black Hills places. Really loved it here and would very much like to come back!

For Hart Ranch RV Resort: I'm an RPI member and this park is amazing. It's huge, well managed, clean, and just about every other great thing to say about an RV park. The staff are friendly and we plan on using this park whenever we're in the Rapid City area. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile signals are great and streaming is very good. I haven't tried the cable TV or WiFi, but expect people to be happy with both.

Trial membership allowed us to stay 3 nights for a steal.
Amenities were awesome. Lots of activities and schedule events
Facilities were very clean and well maintained.
Close to Rushmore, Custer, rapid city.
Easy to get to.
Would definitely stay here again

ASG
For Hart Ranch RV Resort: We chose Heart Ranch as a central hub to tour this part of South Dakota. Mount Rushmore is about 30 minutes away, the Badlands about an hour, and everywhere else within that as well. This is a great campground. We are in a 35' fifth wheel.
This is a membership campground, but they allow non-members to camp here (we are not members). The off-season rate is about $41/night, and they have 20/30/50 amp full hook-ups, including WiFi. We got strong AT&T and Verizon signal here as well. Off-season is between Labor Day and Memorial Day. On-season is the opposite. The summer rate is about $71/night, with several restrictions for non-members.
There is no hard-sell (or even a soft-sell) of the membership program. The sites are very wide, mostly back-in, with wide paths of grass and trees in-between. They have fuel (gas and diesel) on-site, as well as propane fill. Several laundry rooms are also available throughout the park. It is outside of town, so it is a great setting while still having the conveniences of an RV park.
The staff was great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Our Educated Guess
For Hart Ranch RV Resort: This place is amazing. The staff are amazing. I have nothing bad to say. Sites were clean and well maintained. They have a huge lodge for everyone to use. We were there during the off season which was kinda nice because we had the whole place to ourselves. Kids could still play mini golf. Wonderful, wonderful place :-)
